A lovely family in Dubai Marina is seeking a warm, capable career nanny to join them full time on a permanent, live-out basis. The family has a three-month-old baby and a three-year-old who attends nursery, so the day moves between newborn care and the active rhythm of a toddler.

The role is entirely child-focused and includes feeds, naps, bathing and bedtime, preparing healthy meals and snacks, nursery runs, outings and appointments. The nanny will also manage the children's laundry and belongings and keep the nursery organised. The family values gentle, age-appropriate learning and wants someone attentive to each child's developmental progress.

Hours are Monday to Friday, nine hours per day, with weekends off. The package includes a UAE work visa, medical insurance and an annual flight ticket. The family is open to relocating the right candidate. International travel is required, with expenses and accommodation covered; candidates able to travel visa-free to Canada and the Schengen area are of particular interest.

This is a discreet private household and an NDA forms part of the role. There are dogs in the home. The family wants a nanny who will stay and grow with the children over the coming years.
