The family

A warm, friendly family of three in The Springs. Their daughter is 3 and has just started FS1, five days a week.

Both parents work. Mum is home around 5pm and dad around 6.30pm. There are no pets and no other relatives in the home. A cook comes in three times a week to prepare the family's meals.

The role

When their daughter is home, she is your only focus.

Mornings start with getting her ready for school and giving her breakfast. Mum and dad handle the school run.

At 1.30pm you'll collect her from school, which is close by. The family arrange a taxi for you. Lunch is at home, then the afternoon is yours together until the parents get back.

They want her afternoons full of play. Singing, dancing, games, time in the garden and trips to the community park. As she grows, this will extend to playdates and after-school activities.

While she is at school, the family would love support around the home with cleaning, laundry and ironing.

There is no cooking in this role. You'll heat the cook's meals, set the table and make a simple breakfast for their daughter and the parents.

Who they're looking for

Someone they can trust completely with their daughter, inside the home and out.

A genuinely playful, warm nanny who brings energy and fun to the afternoons and loves this age.

High standards of hygiene matter a great deal to this family, both personal and in the home.

Experience with toddlers and preschool children and strong childcare references are essential.

Package

Salary: AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month

Start date: Flexible

Position: Full-time, live-in, permanent

Working week: 6 days, Sunday off
