About the family A family in Meadows 9 are looking for an experienced, professional nanny to take responsibility for their two older children long term. They have three children: a boy of seven, a girl of five, and a seventeen-month-old who has a dedicated nurse. A live-in housekeeper is also in place, so the household runs well and the nanny can concentrate on the children.

The role A senior, child-focused position with a strong developmental emphasis. The family want someone who takes real ownership of the two older children's growth: their learning, routines, activities and, importantly, their emotional development. Someone who sees what the children need and acts on it, and who is passionate about that side of the role rather than treating it as supervision.

There is a coordinating element too, working alongside the existing household team and keeping the children's side of family life organised.
