About the family A family in Victory Heights are looking for an experienced, capable live-in nanny. They have four children, aged twelve, eleven, nine and four, who all attend the same school. The role centres on their youngest daughter, who has caudal regression syndrome and needs support across several areas of her care.

She walks unassisted and is a bright, active little girl who does ballet and gymnastics. She wears AFOs when out during the day and needs help with stairs and longer walks. She is currently in nappies, and the family will be moving to catheterisation, so a nanny comfortable with that, or willing to be trained, would be a significant advantage. She also follows a bowel management routine in the evenings that needs patience and a calm, unhurried approach.

Full training and support will be provided. What matters most is finding someone warm, dependable and genuinely willing to learn.

The role Primary care for the youngest, including her medical and personal care routines. School drop-off and pick-up for all four children, and taking the youngest to her activities afterwards. During school hours, organising her things and her room, with some support across the other children's belongings too.

Who will suit this Someone experienced with children and confident supporting a child with additional physical needs, or genuinely open to being trained, calm, patient and discreet with personal care, organised and independent during school hours, warm with older children as well as the youngest, and looking for a long-term position.

The details Live-in. AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month depending on experience, plus accommodation. Start as soon as possible.
